Yes, I am the cafeteria lady with NO Hair NET or gloves but I did wash my hands. If you would like alittle heat to your egg salad you can always add some Sriracha a little dot goes a long way, or chop up a few peppers, that also adds a nice crunch. For some freshness a little lemon zest, bell peppers, and onions. If you want MORE FAT or a different flavor use Philadelphia cream cheese, or even a fresh avocado. Fat Fast day 35 of 90 – How To Kick The Carb Addiction Day 35 of the fat fast, I’m hyper as heck from my coffee. It is decaf because I am a rookie coffee drinker but I’m still like a kid hyped up on sugar. I can only imagine what I would be like on regular coffee. I actually diluded it because it gave me a headache the first time I drank it. It was too strong for my system, I guess. Its good now with mini scoops of coffee instead of the suggested ones. 2 more days until 1/30/2014 with Newfound Fitness- the CHALLENGE is REAL!!!! They had an Ice cream social this summer that was to die for, we ate so much DELICIOUS ice cream. I didn’t know ice cream could be THAT YUM. So, this day is a CHEAT DAY, I’m not even sure all of the stuff that will go down today. I feel sorry for the weigh in on Monday because I might GAIN weight from today.
