Fat Fast day 49 of 90 – How To Kick The Carb Addiction I’m full of coffee and ready to bounce all over the place(laughing). Coffee is a trip!! I’ve always been high on life but I can see the appeal of coffee. My affair with fake sugar continues but however I feel no guilt. I’m kicking so many other things to the curb right now fake sugar can wait for a minute or two. Would you watch an entire season of Mad Men on the treadmill? Netflix just might be betting on you to do just that. You could burn 4500 calories if you are going 4 mph. That sounds like a pretty sweet deal. Not bad for zoning out and working out.
